Our Company has been around since 2013 serving customers worldwide with a focus on helping bringing others closer to their true self through awesome products like our home goods and cool tools&accessories.
At The Cool Life Store and we have a background in living a cool and awesome life. We have worked with other online companies in this industry and found that almost all of them got their products from overseas. Which is fine, but we found that some of them would purchase goods in bulk and store them in a warehouse and would claim they were based in the US and this didn't sit right with us.
We also found that they would then charge their customers a premium for packaging and shipping with paper descriptions of their products. I wanted to do things differently. We have built a strong relationship with our suppliers which source our goods from all over the world. We first of all made sure that we handpicked our suppliers and that they had great working environments that were in tune with our beliefs. Secondly we worked with them to ship directly to our customers. This has allowed us to use less materials, causing less waste, and more importantly bringing our products to our customers directly, allowing us to compete majorly in todays marketplace.
We are not a quick ship company. Our average delivery times are 2-4 weeks but because a lot of our items our made to order, some shipments will take longer. However this process allows us to keep the cost of our products low and the quality high. The only downside is we can't do next day shipping which is why we ask our customers to be patient for delivery but knowing that in doing so you are using less wasteful materials and saving yourself money in the process

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?
- All items have a handling period before they are processed and shipped.
- 99% of orders are shipped within 3-5 days of purchase.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Our Office is in San Diego, CA. However some of our specialty items come direct from suppliers and ship from countries such as US, Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China. In Some Instances your item can get take time to process through customs and take a few days longer for delivery.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For quicker shipping, items in the same purchase will be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified to ship items together.
Please keep this in mind when getting your items. If you don't receive your full order the rest is shortly behind the other items.
TRACKING INFO? - If you have ordered a product with standard shipping you will not have a tracking number. There is no option for tracking with standard shipping.
Refund Or Returns
We do not issue refunds on any of our Sale Items. The reason being is because these are wholesale prices we offer to the public. All sales are final for sale items!
